This article reports a cooperation between vocational high school and industry in Vocational High School 1 Heavy Equipment Department at Singosari Malang Cooperation management is one of management forms relating two institutions in implementing education and training; that are vocational high school and related industry (link). Moreover, the outcome of education and training process is expected to be suitable (match) with the need of industry. Industry/company which will use the students and vocational high school may cooperate to improve the human resource quality through the policy of Dual-System Education in the form of On the Job Training in company. The achievement of cooperation target between vocational high school and industry is in the form of implementation of cooperation agreement between PT. Trakindo Utama with Vocational High School 1 Singosari No 351/IX/BM/04 which has been designed before. It indicates the cooperation of agreement. Thus, there should be an in-depth analysis regarding the implementation of the agreement starting from the recruitment of the students of Heavy Equipment Department up to the recruitment of heavy equipment technician in Industry.
